I run a +$125M annual technology portfolio at HARMAN International — hardware, telecom, IT services, software, and engineering services — managing 200+ procurement engagements a year with flagship work on Broadcom/VMware, SAP S/4HANA, and European datacenter migrations.
I serve as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve with 23+ years of continuous service. The Army trained a specific kind of thinking: planning under uncertainty, leading without full information, and building systems that outlast any individual. That thread runs through everything I do.
What I've learned at scale is that most procurement failures are intelligence failures. Contracts renew before anyone notices. Vendor benchmarks are stale. Institutional knowledge lives in inboxes and spreadsheets. Teams are reactive by design, not by choice. I close that gap through better infrastructure, not bigger teams.
Alongside the corporate work, I build research tools to answer questions operating teams should be asking but don't have the infrastructure to answer. The datacenter mapping tool started because HARMAN was negotiating colocation contracts and I wanted to know where capacity constraints were forming and which regions had baseload power to support growth. That became a broader infrastructure intelligence project.
